How it works
Create Routines
Routines are a way of grouping together your workouts,
this makes it easy for you to rotate through your routines whenever
you get bored and need to mix things up a little
Add workouts
Each routine will ideally consist of anywhere between 1 and 7 workouts,
whether you're doing 2 to 3 full body workouts a week or a workout per
major muscle group, Jimmy can handle it
Set up your workouts by choosing from over 150 exercises and then configure
the sets, reps, weight, tempo and other modifiers to fine tune the perfect workout
Schedule in calendar
Once you've set up your routine, added some workouts with configured exercises
you can plan up to the next 4 weeks and schedule your workouts into the days you
plan to do them
When it's time to workout, select today's workout in the calendar and go pump some iron!
Each exercise has a handy rest timer and set counter so you don't lose track of your rest
or how many sets you've done.
Monitor
Keep track of your progress by regularly updating your weight and measurements,
you can also track your weight progression on each excercise to make sure you're
smashing those PBs
